| The AnthroSpa Logic Approach Anthropology is the study of human beings across, time, space and cultural boundaries. Native peoples around the world have long relied on organic elements to cleanse and nourish their skin. Our products are inspired by these customs and consist only of all natural raw ingredients with no chemicals, preservatives, or soap. They contain no fillers, water, or glycerin to dilute their power and no clay which can be drying. The purest ingredients from the best indigenous skin care traditions around the world are combined to maintain blemish-free and ageless skin. |
A Note from Dr. Tramayne M. Butler, Founder I became increasingly interested in natural and organic products after my two sons were born. In the western world we are exposed to a myriad of chemicals everyday and I wanted to minimize this exposure at least in my own home. I was struck by the lack of truly all natural skin care products that offered spa quality results and found myself attempting to recreate the spa experience with my own natural treatments at home. I founded AnthroSpa Logic after receiving my Ph.D. because I felt that a natural spa skin care line could benefit from the holistic and cross-cultural approach of anthropology. As a cultural anthropologist, I was inspired by my research in Kenya and the United States, as well as my travels to London, Paris, Nice, Italy and Monaco. We live in a globalized world where cultural boundaries are becoming increasingly blurred and I wanted to create a spa skin care line that reflected this phenomenon.
